She's gone. We are so sad. She was my baby. We got her at 6 weeks old, one year after Oscar. They were full brother and sister, just different litters. She went to find Oscar, Little Man, and Minnie yesterday afternoon. It hurts so bad.
So very sorry, my heart goes out to you. After loosing Spuddy and Toes I thought never again... yet here we are with 2 cats I adore and a dog I love... knowing, in all likely hood, it will end in such pain... why oh why. But like Phil and Gale said, she is in good company, running around like a young pup.
As George Carlin explained it, "When you buy a pet, you are purchasing a small tragedy". He was mourning one of his pets in his own way. It still get a little misty thinking about when we had to take Bradford to the vet for the last time. R

Thank you for the kiind thoughts everyone. I still miss her terribly. Lucy is unsure. Been offered a female from Washington, maybe.
